URL Radar

Safe URL Scanner & Responsible Use

How URL Radar checks suspicious links without running the page.

How the safe link checker is limited

Only public HTTP and HTTPS websites are accepted. Private networks, localhost and cloud system addresses are blocked. Requests have strict time, redirect and size limits to reduce abuse.

What Radar never does

Radar does not run page scripts, system commands, macros, installers or downloaded files. It does not fill in forms, collect passwords, scan ports, exploit websites or try to bypass security controls.

Reporting a concern

This local MVP has no monitored security mailbox yet. Before public launch, configure a security contact on the planned domain and publish a security.txt file.

Safe testing

Use made-up examples for testing. Never paste or reproduce dangerous commands in reports, screenshots or support messages.
